BREC Capital Markets SA was founded with the goal of executing transactions that require the highest operational standards.
We structure, analyze, and manage each transaction methodically and discreetly. Structuring, expertise, and rigorous process management define each of our transactions, serving institutional investors, real estate investment vehicles, family offices, and operating companies.
BREC Capital Markets has a transaction volume exceeding CHF 1.5 billion across all real estate asset classes.

Mohamed Litib
Founding Partner
Mohamed Litib holds a bachelor's degree in international relations from the University of Alicante and a master's degree in international business from the University of Montreal.
He founded Litib Consulting in 2008 and, over the course of a decade, led numerous real estate transactions in the Geneva market—an activity that naturally led to the creation of BREC SA in 2018.
A polyglot, he has developed, over the course of his career, an institutional and private network of recognized depth, which serves as a key asset in the execution of operations.
Kilihan Bozagci
Founding Partner
Kilihan Bozagci holds a bachelor’s degree in management and is a real estate expert certified by the Swiss Federal Certificate in Real Estate Appraisal. He is currently pursuing a master’s degree in real estate at the Institute of Real Estate Studies (IEI) in Geneva.
Since 2020, he has advised on numerous investment real estate transactions between Geneva and Lausanne, combining expertise, deal structuring, and transaction execution. He also co-founded VESTONE Advisors, a firm dedicated to real estate valuation.
