Mohamed Litib

Mohamed Litib holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from the University of Alicante and a Master's degree in International Business from the Université de Montréal.

He founded Litib Consulting in 2008 and, for a decade, led numerous building transactions in the Geneva market — an activity that naturally gave rise to the creation of BREC SA in 2018.

A polyglot, he has built over the course of his career a recognised institutional and private network, a decisive lever in the conduct of transactions.

Kilihan Bozagci

Kilihan Bozagci holds a Bachelor's degree in Management and is a real estate expert holding the Swiss federal certificate in real estate valuation. He is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Real Estate at the Institut d'Études Immobilières (IEI) in Geneva.

Since 2020, he has supported numerous investment property transactions between Geneva and Lausanne, at the crossroads of valuation, transaction structuring and execution. He also co-founded VESTONE Advisors, dedicated to real estate valuation.
