Invitation-only tender
A panel of selected buyers is invited to submit a binding offer directly. A short timetable: competition, without the length of a full process.
Service · 01
A structured sale organises the disposal of an asset through a controlled process, designed to put buyers in competition and carry the transaction through to completion.
Unlike a simple introduction, every stage — from preparation to signing — is managed to reveal the full value of the asset while keeping control of the timetable and confidentiality.
Process
Formats
Depending on the nature of the asset, the timetable and the degree of confidentiality required, the competitive process takes one of two forms.
A panel of selected buyers is invited to submit a binding offer directly. A short timetable: competition, without the length of a full process.
Indicative offers, then shortlisting and data room access, followed by binding offers. The most extensive competition, for assets with deep demand.

Information memorandum
The information memorandum is the reference document provided to qualified buyers once a confidentiality agreement has been signed. It presents the asset, its rent roll and its characteristics with the rigour expected by institutional investors.
Its quality determines the seriousness of the offers received: a complete, analytical file allows the transaction to be assessed with confidence and supports value in negotiation. We build it to capital markets standards: financial analysis, detailed rent roll, market data and investment thesis.
